Production time – All personalised artwork is usually completed in 1-2 working days, often sooner.
Shipping time – Once completed, the artwork is dispatched to you by Royal Mail 1st Class post. Please allow a further 2-3 working days delivery on top of the production time.
Notification of Dispatch – Once we have dispatched your order to you, we will send you an email notification to let you know it’s on its way.
If a proof is required – As a general rule we do not offer a proofing service on our artwork, unless specifically requested. If you have requested a proof, please be aware that the dispatch of your order will be delayed, until we have received your email communication back to us accepting the proof. IMPORTANT NOTE: If we do not receive a reply from you regarding the proof within 3 working days, we will consider that as an acceptance that the proof is OK, and we will dispatch the item to you.
Pricing and payment
All the prices on our website are inclusive of any VAT where charged. Our standard delivery charge is £2.75 unless stated otherwise on the individual product description and relevant web page. We respectfully reserve the right to re-adjust the price after the sale, in cases where an obvious error or mistake has been made.

If the item arrives is a damaged condition
If the item has been received by you in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of your receipt to report the issue. Where possible, please email images of the damage, so that we can investigate this further with our courier. We will send out a replacement for your damaged item immediately free of charge.
Non-personalised items can be returned up to 14 days after you have received the item. It will be your responsibility to pay for the return postage, and we recommend that you send the item by recorded delivery to confirm our receipt.
Where the item you’ve purchased is a personalised design or custom made just for you, that item is not refundable, unless the item was received by you in a damaged condition, or if a mistake has been made on our part with the personalisation. We do our best to show you various examples of the personalised designs is our product descriptions, to give you a good indication of what to expect. Colours and variations in design
The colours of the designs/artwork on our website are a close representation of the finished. However, due to the differences in monitor calibrations, the colours you see on your screen may vary slightly to the finished print.
Many of our designs are hand-finished and individually made for each person/order. This can result in a slight variation in design or texture from the displayed product image. If you particularly require the design to look a certain way, we suggest that you request the use of our proof service during the order process, so that you can inspect the finished design/work before it is printed and despatched to you (see details of proof service below).
Mistakes with personalisation
Although we urge you to check and double-check the personalised information you provide us, we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen. If you’ve realised you’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with us a.s.a.p. via our Contact Us page, or via email to [email protected]
– If we receive your communication about the changes before we have started work on the design, your changes will be free of charge.
– If the changes are minor but we have already started work on the item, we will respectfully request a payment of £5 to go towards the cost of the design time and any materials used.
– If the changes are minor and you only notice your mistake after you have received the item, we can issue you with a reprint, but we will request a payment of £5 to cover the cost of the additional work and printing costs, plus a further £2.75 to re-ship the item to you.
Although we don’t offer a proof service as standard, if you are concerned about the accuracy of personalisation, please request a proof in the options when placing your order. You should be aware that any requests for a proof will usually cause a delay in the expected shipping date, as we will not be able to continue processing your order until you have confirmed your acceptance of the proof.
If you request a proof, we will contact you via email with a copy of the proof within 1 to 3 days of your order, once the artwork has been completed. Once you have confirmed your acceptance of the proof design, the item will be despatched to you the following working day.

You are not permitted to modify or rectify any item without permission.

Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
