If for any reason you’re not totally happy with your purchase, you must first notify us within 30 days after you have received the delivery. The item(s) must then be returned to us in their original condition for a full refund or a replacement, whichever is your preferred option. You will be required to cover the cost of return postage and ensure that the item(s) are safely packaged, so that we can receive them in good condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (maximum 14 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
